Suzanne Ambrose

Suzanne Ambrose is a seasoned veteran of the petroleum industry, with a career that spans more than 16 years of experience. As the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for TexCal Energy, Ms. Ambrose leads the Company’s Accounting, Financial, Marketing and Information Technology departments.
Ms. Ambrose initially began her career in the petroleum industry in 1989 as the controller for Offshore Petroleum Divers, a wholly owned subsidiary of Offshore Pipeline, a company engaged in the marine construction and commercial diving services industry, providing service to companies engaged in the production of oil and natural gas offshore in the Gulf of Mexico and internationally. In 1995, Ms. Ambrose established a contracting and consulting services firm for the oil and natural gas industries. In 1998, Ms. Ambrose began providing contract and consulting services for Tri-Union Development Corp, overseeing the financial and accounting departments. In January 2000, Ms. Ambrose accepted a position as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer and was later appointed as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Ambrose resigned her position at Tri-Union in late 2004 to accept her current position with TexCal.
Ms. Ambrose is a graduate of the University of Houston, with a BA degree in accounting and finance.
